The weather was beautiful for the inaugural SoGo Saturday in downtown Pensacola.

SoGo Saturday was a lovely day of shopping, eating and fun entertainment for the whole family in the SoGo District — the area South of Government Street on Palafox Street in downtown Pensacola.

Palafox south of Government was closed to traffic from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. for the event.

The crowd was entertained by a flash mob from the Pensacola Opera. Members sang and gave 15-minute performance that pleased the crowd.
