Strategic planning is a good way to determine where an organization wants to go and how it plans to get there.
The Studer Institute is sponsoring a strategic planning workshop designed to help small businesses and nonprofits.
“I have found in my work that small businesses and many nonprofit organizations often struggle with strategic planning,” said Quint Studer, founder of the Studer Institute. “This can range from lacking a strategic plan entirely, to having one that is too cumbersome to execute.”
“The Strategic Planning Model for Small Businesses and Nonprofits” workshop held at Hillcrest Baptist Church from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The workshop is free for all attendees. Participants are asked to bring a non-perishable food item for Manna Food Bank.
The workshop will focus on:
- Building strategic planning skills.
- Developing plans that can be implemented.
- Moving results forward.
- Helping an organization reach its desired outcomes.
