Some Navarre voters want a do-over on incorporation vote

The Northwest Florida Daily News reports that some folks who wanted to vote on whether to incorporate Navarre on the Nov. 4 ballot were unable to. The story says that the group who fought to put the measure on the ballot is angry that residents who may have wanted to have a say, couldn't because their precincts weren't included in the list given to the Santa Rosa Supervisor of Elections Office.
“To me this is one more example of why we need our own government,” said Lori Gallup, an outspoken member of Inc. Navarre. “The county just isn’t getting the job done for us.”
