Is Obama contemplating action on Cuba?

The Christian Science Monitor has posted a story looking at the possibility of President Obama opening relations to Cuba. During 1950′s, Cuba was a major destination of cargo through Port of Pensacola. In 1960, trade was broke off with Cuba. Read the story at The Christian Science Monitor
Some advocates of liberalized relations with Cuba are pressing the administration for concrete steps before April. That’s when Obama is slated to take part in the Summit of the Americas in Panama, which is expected to be the first such hemispheric gathering to include Cuba.
