Health officials rescind health alert for Bayou Texar

Escambia County public health officials have rescinded a health alert for Bayou Texar at Bayview Park. The alert was issued when water quality testing showed elevated levels of bacteria in the bayou at Bayview Park. The testing is done weekly and the results are made public.
