BRIEFCASE: New OR manager joins Sacred Heart in Pensacola

Marylee Riggio, RN, has joined Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola as operating room manager. Riggio, who has 20 years of progressive management experience, comes to Sacred Heart from Beaufort Memorial Hospital in Beaufort, S.C., where she was employed as director of Surgical Services since May 2006. Originally from Los Angeles, Calif., Riggio earned a nursing diploma in 1984 from the University of Southern California School of Nursing in Los Angeles, Calif. In 2013, she earned a bachelor’s of science degree in Nursing from American Sentinel University in Boulder, Col.
