Welcome to the first official weekend of Spring 2015. NCAA Basketball, Spring Break and Spring cleaning are in full swing. Beach season really started last weekend with the first traffic jam on Pensacola Beach. On Friday, a record high temperature of 84 degrees was set at Pensacola International Airport. This breaks the old record of 83 set in 2003, according to the National Weather Service Mobile. SATURDAY With the forecast high temp of 79 and dropping humidity, it should be a really nice day. Slight chance of showers, then a chance of showers and thunderstorms after 1pm. Don’t let that stop you. SUNDAY Mostly cloud, high temps in the low 70s, a chance of a thunderstorm. BACK-TO-REALITY MONDAY A chance of rain. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 75. Chance of precipitation is 30%. Did you know that you can make your own weather page? It's free, courtesy of the National Weather Service and NOAA. Here's the one I made for the Pensacola International Airport.
