Scott Raynes named Baptist Hospital president

Scott Raynes has been selected to serve as president of Baptist Hospital, Inc.
Raynes is responsible for strategic planning and overall leadership of Baptist Hospital, Gulf Breeze Hospital, Andrews Institute for Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine, Baptist Medical Park-Navarre and Baptist Medical Park-Nine Mile.
Raynes joined Baptist Health Care in August 2013 as the senior vice president of the Gulf Breeze market segment. He has more than 20 years of executive-level experience in health care. He earned his master's degree in business administration from West Virginia University with a specialization in health care and a master's degree in higher education and counseling from Morehead State University.
Scott's community involvement includes Rotarian, incoming chair of the American Cancer Society, 2016 Ignite Heart Ball chairman, and coaching youth league sports. He also volunteers and serves on several community boards.
