Driving you to distraction or delivering the goods?

Getting the right people in the right seats on the bus can be one of the most important and yet most challenging things for business leaders to achieve. It’s important because even if you have a great vision and are communicating it effectively, if your people are not with you and ready to give A-plus effort to get you there then you are going to be in trouble.  If you have the wrong people on the bus it's your responsibility to get them off, and it can mean the difference between being stuck in the terminus  and being able to deliver the goods.
