Inc. has a new piece by columnist Ekaterina Walter discussing time management practices from the new book, "15 Secrets Successful People Know About Time Management" by Kevin Kruse.

Kruse interviewed 7 billionaires, 13 Olympic athletes, and 239 entrepreneurs about their success and Walter has compiled some of the best tips.

Virgin Group's Richard Branson prefers to keep moving, literally.

"One of my favorite tricks is to conduct most of my meetings standing up. I find it to be a much quicker way of getting down to business, making a decision and sealing the deal. When given the opportunity I often like to take things a step further--literally, with a walking meeting."

And business magnate Warren Buffet believes that it's often more important to stay focused on success than getting bogged down in requests.

"The difference between successful people and very successful people is that very successful people say 'no' to almost everything."
