Another year is just around the corner, and some of us see the New Year as a time to reflect on the changes we want (or need) to make and resolve to follow through on those changes.

Generally, most people’s New Year’s resolutions tend to revolve around the same themes: exercise more, eat less, save more, spend less.

While those are good things to do, they are bad goals to have, mainly because each one lacks specificity.

Small business owners, like anyone else, would be wise to make a few New Year’s resolutions.

The New Year is the perfect time to reflect on areas of accomplishments or places where desired resulted didn’t pan out in 2015.

When making plans to improve your business, make sure the goals you want to achieve are measurable, realistic and specific.

The trick to making a New Year’s resolution that actually sticks is to visualize your resolutions in concrete terms.

If you’re a small business owner, there is a variety of automation tools available to enhance your company’s digital presence and marketing campaigns.
