Quint Studer spent his first day as an employee of the community, talking to more than 500 people representing 150 organizations during a free community workshop on "Leading and Managing Change."

During the workshop, Quint explained the "WHY" wheel. To achieve compliance in your organization, it's important to explain the "why."

The next training session, "Performance Coaching with Quint Studer," will take place Wednesday, April 6.
