Donna Kirby, vice president of operational development at the Pensacola Blue Wahoos, shared advice and experience on June 23 about how customer service is crucial to developing your staff and improving your business.

She shared her advice at the Studer Community Institute's workshop "Harnessing the Power of Exemplary Customer Service" at Pensacola Little Theater in downtown Pensacola.

Prior to her tenure with the Wahoos, Kirby worked for several leaders in the entertainment industry including Warner Bros, NBC/Universal and The Walt Disney Company.

More than 100 people attended, finding out how to improve their businesses through great customer service. The workshop is part of the Institute’s ongoing training series to help businesses, nonprofits and organizations improve their operations.
