In her presentation, “Hiring Talent: Increasing the Effectiveness of Employee Selection,” Rushing will talk about how the process of hiring the right people in the right roles is the first and most important step to achieving excellence and success.
Workshop attendees will learn key basics that every leader responsible for selecting, hiring and orienting employees needs to know.

In addition to the main workshop, attendees will get an update on a Bonus Employment Law. The Department of Labor on Dec. 1 will implement new regulations regarding overtime payment.
