EntreCon 2016 is off to a great start.

Keynote speakers in the morning sessions included Quint Studer, Julie Weber, vice president of people, Southwest Airlines, and Brad Black, president and CEO of HUMANeX Ventures. John Allison, the founder of HomeBancShares and Centennial Bank, closed out the first day.

Panel discussions in the afternoon included a focus on surviving an evolving market, the importance of employee satisfaction, how to make the leap from business leader to business owner and developing a culture of success.

EntreCon is a two-day business and entrepreneurship conference hosted by Studer Community Institute on Nov. 3-4.

EntreCon 2016 features 40 speakers and panelists, including seven keynote speakers and 12 breakout sessions.The speakers and panelists will share strategies, offer advice and provide information on starting and growing a business.
