Leaders are not born and successful organizations do not happen by accident. For an organization to be great, we know it has to have great leadership at the top and throughout the organization. Despite this, we often hear that leaders struggle to attract top talent as well as retain and engage the talent  they have. This course on Performance Coaching is focused on giving leaders an insight into why having a system in place is important and the tools they need to improve and sustain performance.

Quint participated 21st Healthcare Leadership Curriculum Task Force at Harvard Business School, which identified leading change as a vital skill for anyone in a leadership position.
