What makes a downtown vibrant?

It's a mix of business, residential development, entertainment, an educational presence and events that draw people into that part of town, according to a research project by Gallup called "Soul of the City." Communities that do well are places with good wages, that's fun, safe, affordable and diverse.

How far along is Pensacola on this continuum and where are our opportunities to keep growing? Entrepreneur Quint Studer explores this topic in the show "Building a Vibrant Community," airing now on Blab TV.

If you missed the show on Blab, watch it here — and share your thoughts about what Pensacola needs to do to attract and retain talent, jobs and growth.
