New roles at Members First Credit Union

Members First Credit Union of Florida recently announced two promotions to enhance and improve their services to members.
Adetoun has been named the vice president of Marketing and Business Development.
In her new role, Sanders will be responsible for the development, implementation and management of the credit union's strategic marketing and business development plans in relation with the Credit Union’s overall strategic plan.
She will continue to supervise the implementation of creative marketing, public relations and business development concepts as she previously did as the director of Marketing and Business Development. Adetoun joined the Credit Union in 2007.
Martha Tubb becomes the vice president of Human Resources.
Tubb’s career at Members First began in 1986, where she worked in the branch environment.
In 1988, she was promoted to branch manager. In 1999, Tubb was named operations manager, where she oversaw and coordinated all branch functions.
Tubb brings to her new position a wealth of knowledge and experience, having worked in the credit union industry in various professional positions for nearly four decades years.
Her new duties will entail managing all human resource functions, including administration of all employee benefits, payroll, recruitment and onboarding of new hires and training.
