What Pensacon brings to the table

Pensacon may have seemed to appear out of nowhere on the scene in February, but it was an event that years in the making.

The organizers brought 11,000 people to the Pensacola Bay Center over a three-day stretch for the convention. And they aren’t letting this year’s success go to their heads. They are hard at work planning the 2015 edition of Pensacon and even have a couple of things in store for later this year to keep us interested.

In this episode, event founder Mike Ensley shares some of the secrets of Pensacon’s success, some of the highpoints of what they contributed to the local economy and a little about their plans for the future.
