Statistics show that companies with low engagement scores:
  • Earn an operating income 33 percent lower than companies with more engaged employees.

Engaged companies:
  • Grow profits as much as 300 percent faster than their competitors.
  • Costs of turnover are reduced, as highly engaged employees are 87 percent less likely to leave the organization.
  • Have twice the customer loyalty (repeat purchases, recommendations to friends) than companies with average employee engagement levels.

What others are saying about the Studer Community Institute Employee Engagement Survey:

“You have given us a powerful tool. There is no doubt that it is great value.”

Jason Crawford, President and CEO, Intelligent Retinal Imaging Systems

“The Employee Engagement Survey helped us identify areas that we can focus our efforts to help us retain and develop the talent that we already have.”

Kristine Rushing COO, Beck Partners

Our Employee Engagement Surveys are statistically validated and benchmarked against other organizations. Knowing whether employees are engaged or disengaged is only the first step.

We will help you:
  • Take action on the results
  • Understand the key drivers of engagement and disengagement
  • Make changes that will have the greatest impact on increasing engagement

We have a six-step process that we work closely with you to:
  • Prepare and customize questions for your organization
  • Survey employees
  • Share results with leaders in a customized report
  • Refine the employee rollout and action plans
  • Help you with the implementation of action plans
  • Measure and share progress

We will administer the survey, gather results and prepare a detailed report. The survey will be anonymous, which will increase participation. It is vital that leaders at your organization are completely committed to the survey process and encourage truthful responses without fear of retaliation. Using Studer Community Institute as your partner in this process ensures that everyone feels comfortable and is much more effective than trying to administer a survey without assistance.

We look forward to working with you and helping to bring about increased employee engagement and improved results.

In our research, we frequently hear from leaders that they would like more time with Quint and others to have conversations with other business leaders focused on the challenges and opportunities their organizations face. Growing businesses is a key to improving the quality of life in our community. The SCI Roundtables are small groups consisting of 5-10 people. Each group continues to meet every 90 days. To date, there are over 150 people who attend SCI Roundtables.

Specifically, the goals of these roundtables are to:
  • Share ideas, solutions and challenges
  • Solve real business problems in a collaborative format
  • Explore best practices
  • Enhance leadership skills and build long-term relationships with like-minded individuals
  • Join together leaders and professionals from a wide variety of organization types
  • Use outside resources such as articles, case studies, etc. to provide rich content for participants.

As you know, Quint has done more than talk and write about performance. First in Chicago and then in Pensacola, Quint has built a reputation as an innovator and entrepreneur. He founded the Studer Group, brought a minor-league baseball team to Pensacola, started and seeded multiple small businesses, and now has several major commercial developments in the works. Quint also spends much of his time consulting and coaching executives around the country. If you are interested in attending, please sign up by clicking here.

Management By Strengths (MBS) is a program designed to help companies increase productivity, improve customer satisfaction and employee morale through an improved understanding of how to work more effectively together. MBS skills enhance team building throughout an organization.

People are the most valuable resource of any organization. Successful teamwork doesn't just happen. Teamwork is the result of positive working relationships. MBS will help you better understand people's differing communication and decision making styles, so that you can more efficiently achieve your goals.  MBS teaches that through a better understanding of a person's communication style ... by understanding their temperament, we are equipped to work more effectively with that person.

The term "Personality Profile" is frequently used, but TEMPERAMENT is even more basic. Many things go into forming a person's "personality" such as environment, upbringing, integrity, education, faith, job skills, etc. MBS goes deeper and focuses on each person's underlying temperament, which is the foundation upon which the personality is built ... understanding Nature vs Nurture.

MBS goes beyond the surveying and interpreting of temperament traits. Fundamental and advanced Management By Strengths training is available. Both courses are designed to teach people to effectively apply basic relationship principles both in their professional and personal lives. The MBS color coded graphs help people to continue to focus on how to work with each other in a positive way.  Students of MBS immediately gain a better appreciation of those around them due to improved understanding … out of which evolves better communication … which leads to increased productivity and creativity. The Management By Strengths program creates genuine enthusiasm, understanding and cooperation among people.

Some specific benefits of implementing the MBS program are:
  • Learn to focus on those around you to improve communication, production and profits
  • Achieve greater self understanding through the analysis of your own profile.
  • Understand how to identify and capitalize on the strengths of employees.
  • Resolve interpersonal conflicts that are usually rooted in misunderstanding.
  • Reduce costly turnover that results when employees are dealt with the wrong way.
  • Teach your people how to support each other.
  • Improve your interviewing skills so that you hire the right employee for your organization.
  • Avoid losing sales due to salesmen overselling the deal.
  • Enhance your personal life through a deeper understanding of your family.
  • Become more effective at closing by identifying your customer’s decision making style.
  • Discover how to motivate rather than demotivate your employees.
  • Understand why a salesman’s "style" may be turning off 3/4 of potential customers.
  • See that a direct and candid suggestion is not meant as criticism.
  • Learn steps to implement change with people that are "set in their ways."
  • Learn simple yet very effective ways to reduce stress in your life.
  • Increase customer satisfaction and "stand out" among your competition.

Management By Strength Training includes:
  • 4 hour on-site training
  • MBS Profile Report
  • Personalize name plate
  • Sticker grid
