Brick Oven Bakery coming to Pensacola

In more good food news, the Brick Oven Bakery is coming to Pensacola.
The baker of artisan breads and pastries announced that they would be coming to Pensacola on Facebook.
Mike Frimenko and his wife, Heather, will operate the bakery. Mike works at Carmen's Lunch Bar; Heather works at the Bodacious Olive and So Gourmet.
"Just signed the lease on our new bakery's downtown location at 116 W. Government Street! So excited! More news to follow..." reads a post from Feb. 13.
"Stay tuned to this page for information and updates as we prepare to open Pensacola's official neighborhood bakery. We produce the finest hand-crafted bread and rustic pastries baked in stone hearth oven."
If the smell of freshly baked bread is heaven to you, looks like you're in for a treat.
