Demolition begins on new Newk's location

A prominent corner of downtown Pensacola is seeing some action. The site of the the former Copeland's and former Wintzell's is under demolition. Realtor Michael Carro says a Newk's Eatery is going into that spot near the corner of Ninth Avenue and East Chase Street.
