Sacred Heart Medical Group opens walk-in clinic in Gulf Breeze

Sacred Heart Medical Group in Gulf Breeze has opened a new walk-in clinic for minor injuries and illnesses effective June 8, 2015.
The clinic hours are Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to noon. A board-certified nurse practitioner is on-site at all times, and the clinic’s staff are available to care for most non-life-threatening medical issues, including allergies, colds and flu, minor cuts, ear and eye infections, fever, minor burns, rashes, sprains and muscle injuries.
Nurse practitioners providing care on a rotating basis include Shelly Rottner and Renea Clowdsley. In addition to the walk-in clinic, Sacred Heart’s newest location in Gulf Breeze will include X-ray, laboratory and expanded physician services.
The walk-in clinic is an added service to Sacred Heart Medical Group at Gulf Breeze, where Dr. Anita Westafer and Jan Pettigrew, ARNP, will continue to provide care for their existing primary care patients.
