Management by Strengths™ (MBS) is a training designed to help employees better understand different communication and decision-making styles so that they can more efficiently achieve their goals.
Gaining a better understanding of one’s own temperament is an important first step, but most “profiling programs” stop there. MBS takes interpersonal relationships to the next level by teaching you how to focus on the strengths of people you interact with daily.
